
SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has reconstituted its Court Management Systems Committee following directions from the National Court Management Systems Committee of the Supreme Court of India.
An order issued by the Registrar General’s office in Jammu on February 16, 2026, states that the new committee supersedes the previous High Court order dated November 29, 2025, concerning the Court Management Systems Committee.
The reconstituted committee includes Justices Sanjeev Kumar, Sindhu Sharma, Rajnesh Oswal, and Sanjay Parihar as members.
Other members comprise the Advocate General of Jammu and Kashmir, the Principal Secretaries of Revenue, Home, Finance, and Public Works Departments, and the Commissioner Secretary of the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. Corresponding departmental heads from the Union Territory of Ladakh have also been included.
The Registrar Vigilance of the High Court has been appointed as Member Secretary and Presenting Officer of the committee. The Chief Secretaries of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will serve as special invitees when required.
