24-Year-Old Injured After Two Scooties Collide in Srinagar | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A 24-year-old man was critically injured after two scooties collided in the Alochibagh area of Srinagar on Friday, officials said.

The injured has been identified as Hardeep Singh, son of Sulinder Singh, a resident of Natipora, Srinagar. He was immediately rushed to SMHS Hospital Srinagar by locals and emergency services following the accident.

According to reports, the collision occurred when two scooties travelling on the same stretch of road rammed into each other under circumstances that are yet to be ascertained. The impact of the collision left Hardeep Singh with multiple injuries, including serious trauma, prompting doctors to place him under critical care.

Hospital sources at SMHS said the injured was brought in an unconscious condition and is currently undergoing intensive medical treatment. “His condition remains critical, and doctors are closely monitoring his health,” the sources said.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated proceedings to determine the exact cause of the collision. [KNT]
