IUST Kashmir Research Associate Recruitment 2026 For Architecture Project

Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir has released an official notice inviting online applications from eligible candidates for a research-based position. The recruitment is for a project titled “Documentation and Conservation of Three Historical Graveyards of Kashmir”, supported by the Barakat Trust, UK.

The recruitment is being conducted by the Department of Architecture, School of Architecture, Planning and Geomatics, IUST. There is 01 vacancy for the post of Research Associate. Eligibility Criteria of IUST Kashmir Research Associate Vacancy

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with at least one year of work experience.

Desirable Qualification:

A Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent is desirable. Preference may be given to candidates familiar with graphic design and 3D modelling software and those having work experience in the culture and heritage sector.

Age Limit:

Age limit is not specified in the notification.

IUST Kashmir Research Associate Salary 2026

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000 per month. The salary is subject to the release of funds by the funding agency.

Terms and Conditions

Performance will be reviewed periodically and the engagement may be terminated without prior notice if found unsatisfactory.
