Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited has issued a notification for engagement of Hospitality Monitors on a contractual basis under IRCTC West Zone. The recruitment will be conducted through walk-in-interviews at multiple locations.

Eligibility Criteria of Hospitality Monitor Vacancies

Hospitality Monitor	B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration or BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) or B.Sc Hotel Management and Catering Science or MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from government recognized institutes	Maximum 27 years for UR as on 21 January 2026

Freshers with the prescribed educational qualification are eligible to apply. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen as per government rules.

Remuneration and Allowances

The consolidated monthly CTC is Rs 30,000 including statutory deductions. Additional benefits include daily allowance for on-duty train services, lodging charges for night stay at outstations, national holiday allowance, and medical insurance as per IRCTC policy.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through walk-in interview. Candidates must submit the filled application form at the interview venue along with original documents, one set of attested copies, and two passport-size photographs. Shortlisting will be based on credentials and interview performance. A reserve panel equal to 100 percent of vacancies will also be prepared.
