
Jammu, Jan 21: Senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, following her recent promotion to the super time scale by the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been designated as Director General (DG), Jammu and Kashmir Institute for Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD).
“Consequent upon promotion of Rehana Batul, IAS (AGMUT:2010) to the Super Time Scale (Level-14 in the Pay Matrix) by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and subsequent assumption of charge on January 1, 2026 (F.N), the officer is hereby designated as Director General, Jammu and Kashmir Institute for Management, Public Administration and Rural Development,” read an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD) Commissioner Secretary, M Raju.
