Central University of Kashmir has released a detailed notification inviting online applications for various non-teaching posts including Finance Officer, Controller of Examinations, Deputy Librarian, Internal Audit Officer, Executive Engineer, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Laboratory Assistant and Lower Division Clerk.

Eligibility Criteria of Central University of Kashmir Recruitment 2026

The eligibility varies for each post in terms of education, experience and age. Candidates must ensure they meet all requirements as per the notification.

Controller of Examinations	Master’s Degree with 55% marks and 15 years relevant academic or administrative experience OR equivalent. Deputation allowed.	Preferably below 57 years (Direct). Not exceeding 58 years (Deputation)
Deputy Librarian	Master’s Degree in Library / Information Science with 55% marks, 8 years experience as Assistant Librarian and PhD.	Superannuation at 62 years
Internal Audit Officer	Deputation basis from Audit and Accounts Services or equivalent with required service length.	Not exceeding 56 years
Executive Engineer (Civil)	First Class Degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years relevant experience.	Not exceeding 56 years (Deputation)

Selection Process

Group B and C posts will have written tests in two stages. Skill tests and interviews may also be conducted as applicable. Minimum qualifying marks will apply as mentioned in the notification.
