NALCO is one of the largest integrated Alumina and Aluminium producers in Asia and operates across multiple locations with its Corporate Office at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Candidates will be selected through a Written / Computer Based Test followed by a Personal Interview.

Manager (Electrical)	Degree in Electrical / Power / Electrical & Electronics Engineering	Minimum 8 years with experience in PLC, power distribution, motors, transformers, refinery electrical systems	38 years as on 02/02/2026
Manager (Chemical)	Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Tech in Applied Chemistry	Minimum 8 years with experience in alumina refinery, Bayer process, calciner or similar process industry	38 years as on 02/02/2026

Selection Process

The selection will be done through:

1) Written Test / Computer Based Test (85% weightage)
2) Personal Interview (15% weightage)

Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience and then called for the test.
