Govt Polytechnic College Ramban Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026 – Apply For Lecturer Posts

Government Polytechnic College Ramban has issued Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2026 inviting applications from eligible domicile candidates of the UT of J&K for empanelment as Guest Faculty. These positions are purely on need basis for the Academic Session May–June 2026.

The empanelment is temporary in nature and will not confer any right to regular appointment. Interested candidates must submit their application form along with required documents on or before the last date. All the important details related to this notification are given below.

Eligibility Criteria of Government Polytechnic College Ramban Guest Faculty Posts

• Candidate must be a domicile of the UT of J&K.
• Minimum 55 percent marks in the required qualification.
• Engagement shall be on need basis for the session May–June 2026 only.

Remuneration

• Rs. 750 per hour
• Maximum Rs. 20,000 per month

• Submit the filled form with self-attested qualification, experience and eligibility documents to the office of the Principal on or before 24-01-2026 up to 4:00 PM

Merit List Criteria

• 80 points for basic qualification (pro-rata)
• 05 points for higher qualification
• 05 points for valid GATE / NET / SET
• 05 points for teaching experience
• 05 points for interaction

Selected candidates will be required to submit an undertaking before joining, stating that they will not claim continuation or regularisation after completion of the academic session.
