SRINAGAR: Downtown Heroes FC’s Development Team departed for New Delhi to participate in the Reliance Foundation Development League, marking a significant milestone for the Srinagar-based club and football in Jammu and Kashmir.

The national-level competition provides a key platform for footballers to showcase their talent against some of the country’s best emerging players, serving as a bridge between grassroots football and the professional game.

Club Chairman Irfan Shahmiri extended his best wishes to the squad, expressing confidence in the team’s long-term growth. “This is an important tour for our Development Team and only the beginning.
