Eligibility Criteria of Industrial Trainee CA CMA Posts

Candidates who have already undergone similar training for one year or more in any PSU are not eligible to apply.

Stipend and Training Period

The engagement period is for 15 months from the date of joining. Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 22,000. This training does not provide any right to employment in Coal India Limited or its subsidiaries.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the CA or CMA Intermediate examination. Reservation rules of the Government of India will be followed. Preference will be given to land owners and wards of employees as per the scheme.
