Police seize 2 kg narcotics in Kupwara

Kupwara, Dec 9: Police on Tuesday seized over two kilograms of narcotics during a surprise naka at Kuligam Chowk in Lalpora, officials said.

During the check, police intercepted a man and recovered 2.018 kg of a charas-like substance from his possession. He has been identified as Mohammad Aslam Konshi, son of Haider Ali Konshi of Kuligam Naad.

A case has been registered at Police Station Lalpora, and further investigation is underway.
