Hundreds of boys and girls from different age groups actively participated in a variety of activities including carrom, chess, volleyball, yoga, rope skipping, and several other sports events. The programmes aimed to commemorate the day while promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and the spirit of unity among the youth.
At Srinagar alongside the sports events, Plantation Day was also observed, during which students enthusiastically planted saplings to raise awareness about environmental conservation and the importance of protecting nature.
