Eligibility Criteria of IRCON Vacancies

Educational Qualification

• Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 60 percent marks
• Degree must be from a recognised University or Institute approved by AICTE or UGC

Experience

• Minimum one year post-qualification experience in civil construction works
• Candidates with experience in building works will be preferred
• Teaching, training, consultancy or freelancing experience will not be counted

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 30 years as on 01 January 2026
• Age relaxation as per Government of India rules

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed consolidated pay of Rs. 36,000 per month
• 5 percent annual increment after every completed year
• PF deduction with matching employer contribution
• Medical insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 4000 per year for a Rs. 3 lakh policy
• One leave per calendar month
• TA or DA admissible for outstation duty

Medical Standards

Candidates must be in sound health and free from colour blindness. No relaxation in medical standards.
