Vande Mataram Week: CUK VC inaugurates exhibition

Srinagar, Mar 24: In connection with the ongoing celebration of Vande Mataram Week, Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir) Vice-Chancellor, Prof A Ravinder Nath inaugurated an exhibition featuring a Poster Competition, Sketch Competition, and On-Spot Painting Competition at Tulmulla campus on Tuesday.

Vice-Chancellor, Tribal University Telangana, Vice-Chancellor, Doon University, Uttarakhand and Vice-Chancellor Mandiya University, Karnataka and several visiting professors from different Universities witnessed the event.

Dean Academic Affairs, Deans of Schools, Registrar, Heads and Coordinators of Departments, Dean DSW, faculty members, Special Phase Campaign Nodal Officer, Youth Welfare Officers,senior functionaries of the university, administrative staff, scholars and students were present during the event organised to mark the 150th year of the National Song and paying tributes to the sacrifices of freedom fighters.

Addressing the participants, Prof A Ravinder Nath described Kashmir as a seat of learning and knowledge.
