University Of Kashmir Research Associate Post In Indo-ASEAN 3D Food Printing Project

The University of Kashmir has invited applications for the position of Research Associate-I (RA-I) under a prestigious Indo-ASEAN collaborative project. The research project is being carried out in the Department of Food Science & Technology in partnership with Universiti Malaysia Terengganu and Mahidol University, Thailand.

This position is linked to the project titled “Redesigning of Fish from Fish Protein Using Innovative 3D Printing,” which focuses on sustainable fish waste utilization and the development of 3D-printed dietary food products. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to advanced research in food innovation and sustainability.

According to the official notice, this is a temporary role for a period of two years, co-terminus with the project. Applicants must have either a Ph.D. in the relevant field or a Master’s degree with three years of relevant experience along with at least one Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal publication. The fellowship will be provided as per Indo-ASEAN norms.

Educational Qualifications:
