United Elegant FC Defeats Aqua Avengers FC in Khyber Cement Kashmir Super League

SRINAGAR: The Khyber Cement Kashmir Super League 2025 continued its vibrant start as United Elegant FC overpowered Aqua Avengers FC with a 2–0 win in the second match of the tournament, played at the iconic TRC Turf Ground in Srinagar.

United Elegant FC took early control of the game, with Akif Reshi opening the scoring. Reshi, who delivered a commanding performance throughout the match, played a central role in the midfield and orchestrated several key moves for his side. The second goal came through Aaqib Ashraf, who was brought on as a substitute and made an immediate impact, effectively sealing the victory for United Elegant.

Despite the final scoreline, Aqua Avengers FC exhibited commendable grit and fighting spirit. Their defensive line held strong for most of the game and their attacking moves created tense moments for the opposing team. Goalkeeper Furqan made a crucial save midway through the match, denying what seemed a certain goal and earning recognition for his effort.

At the end of the game, Akif Reshi was named Man of the Match for his influential role and all-round display. Aaqib Ashraf was declared the Game Changer of the Match, having turned the tide in United Elegant’s favour with his decisive contribution.
