Tyndale Biscoe School’s Yahya Khan wins gold at District Boxing Championship

Srinagar, Dec 16: Mohammad Yahya Khan of Tyndale Biscoe School clinched a gold medal in his weight category at the Srinagar District Boxing Championship 2025–26, held at the Sher-e-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex on Tuesday.

The championship, as per a statement was organised by J&K Amateur Boxing Association under the aegis of Boxing Federation of India and J&K Olympic Association, sponsored by J&K Sports Council.

The championship was officiated by Khalida Bano & Farooq Ahmed Khan (Boxing Coach).

Boxers from different schools and other parts of the district took part in the championship.

Medals and certificates were distributed amongst the winning Boxers in different weight categories.
