Traffic Cop Injured in Srinagar After Being Hit by Vehicle | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A traffic police personnel was injured after being hit by a Tavera vehicle while on duty at Pantha Chowk area of Srinagar on Wednesday.

Officials said that the injured cop was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment for multiple injuries. His condition is stated to be stable.

The injured has been identified as Selection Grade Constable Parvaiz Ahmad, son of Abdul Rashid Bhat, a resident of Tral.

Meanwhile, cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation initiated. (KNC)
