Three Critically Injured in Road Accident in Jammu Kashmir | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: Three persons were critically injured in a road accident at Gabroon Dhar near Rajpura village in the Bhalessa area of Doda district of Jammu Kashmir on Monday evening.

Reliable sources said that the accident occurred at around 7:45 pm when an ECO vehicle bearing registration number JK06 A 6603 was on its way from Bhaderwah to Rajpura via Bach Dhar. “On reaching Gabroon near Rajpura, the vehicle skidded off the road due to rash and negligent driving and rolled down nearly 50 to 60 feet into a deep gorge.”

The driver, identified as Mohammad Aslam, son of Mohammad Hussain, a resident of Ludoo, along with two other occupants, sustained serious injuries in the accident.

All the injured were immediately evacuated and shifted to Government Medical College Doda for advanced medical treatment.

A police team from Police Station Gandoh rushed to the spot. Further investigation into the incident is underway. (GNS)
