Technical fault cancels Tuesday fixtures

Srinagar, Jul 1: The organisers of the ongoing Alson Motor Kashmir Cup 2025 on Tuesday said that two fixtured cricket matches were cancelled due to a sudden technical glitch that disrupted essential camera operational systems, including live coverage and third-umpire support.

“Due to an unexpected electrical fault, our camera setup and third-umpire support could not function properly.

To maintain the standard of the tournament, we decided to cancel the entire fixture of Tuesday,” said a senior official associated with the tournament.
