Suhail Malik takes charge as Executive Officer MC Shopian

Shopian, Jul 21: Suhail Malik on Monday assumed charge as the Executive Officer (EO) of the Municipal Council Shopian (MCS), replacing Muhammad Iqbal.

Malik was transferred to the post on July 16.

Soon after taking over, Malik held an introductory meeting with the staff of the Municipal Council. During the interaction, he emphasised the importance of punctuality, transparency, and responsive governance. He urged the employees to work collectively to improve civic amenities and address public grievances in a time-bound manner. He also took stock of the ongoing developmental projects and sanitation drives in the town.
