Eligibility Criteria of STPI CoE Vacancies

Chief Operating Officer (COO)	Bachelor’s in Technology/Engineering or Master in Technology/Engineering/Science or MBA from a recognized institute	Below 45 years
Incubation Manager	Graduate from a recognized university Post Graduation in Management is desirable	Below 35 years
Technology Specialist	Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related field Post Graduation is desirable	Below 40 years

Experience and Other Requirements

Chief Operating Officer requires minimum 8 years of experience in IT industry, start-up ecosystem or innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem at senior levels.

Incubation Manager requires at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in incubation management or start-up ecosystem.

Technology Specialist requires 4 to 6 years of experience in IoT related applications and technologies.

Compensation Details

Incubation Manager	Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 75,000 per month
Technology Specialist	Rs. 1,00,000 per month

Selection Process

Applications will be screened by a duly constituted Screening Committee. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview before the Selection or Search-cum-Selection Committee. Final recommendation will be made based on merit.
