On September 21, Police Station Nowhatta received a written complaint from Mohammad Yousuf Rather, son of Ab. Gaffar Rather, a resident of Wantpora, Rajouri Kadal. The victim, as per a media statement by police, reported that during his absence, unknown persons had broken into his house, ransacked the premises, and fled with gold ornaments worth several lakhs.
