Spices Board of India has released an official notification inviting online applications for trainee positions at its Head Office in Kochi and Spices Park, Puttady. The posts include System Support Engineer Trainee and Server & Network Administrator Trainee.
As per Notification No. 25/2025 dated 20th June 2025, candidates selected for these positions will undergo a training tenure of one year, which may be extended further. The age limit for all posts is 30 years as on the date of notification. The selection will be done through a walk-in written test scheduled for 15 July 2025.
Interested and eligible candidates must apply online through the official recruitment portal at spicesboard.in before 15 July 2025 and appear at the venue for the test. Candidates reporting late or without online submission will not be permitted to attend.

Educational Qualifications
For System Support Engineer Trainee: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication/BCA/MCA or 3-year Diploma in Computer Engineering/Hardware/IT.
For Server & Network Administrator Trainee: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE or Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/IT.
Age Limit
Maximum age should not exceed 30 years as on the date of notification.
Other Requirements
System Support Engineer Trainee should be skilled in OS (Windows/Linux), networking, hardware troubleshooting, and help desk management. Server & Network Administrator Trainee must be familiar with network management, Linux/Unix, UTM, and server operations.
