Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, has released an official advertisement inviting applications for the post of Field Investigator. These posts are under the project “Preparation of DPR’s under the Springshed Management Component of WDC-PMKSY 2.0” sponsored by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. The engagement will be purely contractual for an initial period of six months.

As mentioned in the notification, a total of 3 vacancies are open for Field Investigator positions. Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 30,000. The upper age limit for applying is 40 years. Candidates with M.E./M.Tech in relevant fields and experience in Remote Sensing, GIS, watershed/springshed delineation, or DPR preparation will be given preference.

Field Investigator – 03 Posts

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have M.E./M.Tech in Remote Sensing and GIS, Soil Water Conservation Engineering, or Irrigation and Drainage Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in watershed/springshed delineation, Remote Sensing and GIS applications, DPR preparation for springs, and those who are GATE qualified. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
