SKIMS Medical College Notification Out For Faculty Posts In Psychiatry, Psychology And Nursing

SKIMS Medical College Bemina has invited applications through Advertisement Notice No. 03 SKIMS-MC of 2025 for hiring of faculty under Scheme B of the National Mental Health Programme. These appointments are purely on a contractual basis for a period of one year, extendable annually based on performance and scheme continuation.

The hiring is for 7 faculty positions in the Department of Psychiatry. The maximum age limit for all posts is 67 years. Monthly consolidated pay ranges from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 75,000 depending on the post. The recruitment process will be based on eligibility, teaching experience, and research publications.

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Professor (Psychiatry) must have MD or DNB in Psychiatry with 1-year post-PG teaching experience.

For Clinical Psychology, candidates must have M.Phil/Ph.D in Clinical Psychology with 2 years of teaching experience and 2 indexed publications. Psychiatric Social Work requires M.Phil + Ph.D with 5 years of teaching experience and 3 indexed publications. Associate Professor in Psychiatric Nursing must have M.Sc. in Psychiatry Nursing with 3 years of teaching experience. Maximum age limit for all posts is 67 years.

Application Fee:
