03. That, due to limited hostel availability on campus, the engagee will not be eligible for hostel accommodation and will not be entitled to any claims for accommodation after joining.
04. That the engagee shall not undertake any kind of private practice (part-time or full-time) or engage in any other employment during their engagement with the institution.
05. That the administration reserves the right to adjust working hours, shifts, and duty timings as needed to meet the requirements of administration and patient care. The engagee shall adhere to the duty timings applicable at their place of posting.
06. That the first month’s salary of the engagee shall be kept as a security deposit and shall be released only after completion of tenure. In case any engagee desires to leave the residency midway, they must provide one month’s advance notice, failing which first month’s salary, held as a security deposit, would be forfeited and credited to CD-183 as a penalty.
07. That the engagee shall be entitled to 10 days casual leave during six months’ tenure. No other kind of leave shall be granted. There will be no winter/summer vacation during the tenure engagement.
08. That the engagee shall maintain proper dress code and discipline as mandated by SKIMS from time to time.
