Showkat Mir reviews activities of NC’s Ganderbal unit

Srinagar, Feb 16: National Conference Provincial President Showkat Mir Monday chaired a meeting of the party functionaries of Ganderbal at the party headquarters, Nawa-e-Subha.

The meeting was convened to review the organisational functioning at the grassroots level and to assess the party’s outreach initiatives in the district, said a press release.  During the interaction, Mir conducted a comprehensive review of the working of the Ganderbal unit, evaluating its ongoing activities, public contact programmes and overall engagement with the people.

Calling for greater coordination, Mir directed the local unit leaders to work in tandem with each other and with the party’s senior leadership to achieve organisational objectives. He also urged them to maintain regular interaction with workers at the grassroots level and to expand the party’s base through constructive engagement. He assured the functionaries that the leadership remains steadfast in its resolve to safeguard the interests of the people and to work tirelessly for their progress and prosperity.
