Pursuant to the selection Notification No. 11-RA of 2025 Dated. 23.06.2025 and No Objection Certificate Issued by Administrative Department, Health and Medical Education Department vide No. HD-Gaz0Gen/929/2023-02 (E-7354250) Dated. 21-01-2025 and on the basis of Satisfactory verification report of Character & Antecedents by Criminal Investigation Department (CID), J&к,
Dr. Nusrat Yousuf, MD, In-service candidate, Is provisionally engaged as Senior Resident in the Discipline of Anaesthesiology, Government Medical College, Srinagar In accordance with the Government Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 Dated. 20.06.2024 Initially for a period of one year which Is extendable upto (03) years on basis of good performance to be certified by the concerned HOD.

The appointment of the above doctor is further subject to the following terms and conditions: –
1. The selected candidate is supposed to submit her Joining report along with an affidavit in the office of the undersigned duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate to the effect that: –

a. She will not participate in any kind of strike during the period of her tenure engagement. In the event she proceeds on strike, her
tenure engagement shall be terminated without any notice as this service is covered under ESMA Act.

b. She shall remain disciplined during the whole tenure; any kind of misconduct shall make her able for termination without any
prior notice.

c. She Is not Involved in any criminal activity or there is no FIR pending or registered In any criminal department or police
station against her.

d. She shall not claim any experience certificate, in case she leaves Senior Residency before completion at least of six months.

e. She will not Indulge In any private practice. In case she is found doing private practice her appointment shall be liable for
termination without any notice.
