Scientist Vacancies Announced By CSIR CECRI, Online Application

CSIR Central Electrochemical Research Institute has issued an official notification inviting online applications for scientist posts. A total of 15 vacancies are available under different post codes. Eligible candidates can submit the online form through the official portal within the given dates.

According to the notification, the maximum age for these posts is thirty two years. Salary for the scientist positions is offered at pay level eleven with an approximate monthly amount of 1,19,424. Shortlisting will be carried out by the screening committee based on the prescribed criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, application fee, and other essential details below. The educational requirement includes PhD in science in the fields of chemistry, chemical sciences, marine biology, marine microbiology or marine sciences. Candidates may also apply with an M E or M Tech in chemical engineering, metallurgical engineering, material science, thermal or fluid engineering or mechanical engineering with specialization in thermal or fluid engineering. Experience in research, publications, patents or applied technology will be considered as per the post code. The maximum age limit is thirty two years with relaxations as per government rules.

Application Fee:

The selection of candidates will be based on shortlisting by the screening committee followed by an interview. Additional weightage will be given to candidates with experience in product development, applied technology or translational research.
