The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) invites applications for the position of Director-in-Charge of Bhilai Steel Plant, a Board-level role reporting to the Chairman. This prestigious role oversees the efficient functioning of the plant and associated mines to achieve corporate objectives.

Age Limit:

Employment Status: Candidates must be employed in a regular capacity in:
• CPSEs, Central/State Government, Armed Forces, or Autonomous Bodies.
• Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, or listed Private Companies with a turnover of ₹10,000 crore or more.

Educational Qualifications: Engineering degree with a strong academic record.

Desirable: MBA/PG Diploma in Management.

Experience:
• Senior-level management experience in a reputed organization.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the steel sector within the last 10 years.
