SAIL Apprentice Notification 2025 For 816 Vacancies At Rourkela Steel Plant, Apply By 31 August

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Rourkela Steel Plant has issued an official notification for the engagement of 816 apprentices under the Apprentices Act for the financial year 2025–26. The recruitment covers Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentice positions across various trades and branches.

As per the notification, candidates must be registered under NATS or NAPS before applying. The online application process will close on 31 August 2025. Selection will be done purely on merit, based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for Trade Apprentice posts must have an ITI in the relevant trade. For Technician Apprentice posts, a diploma in the relevant branch is required, while Graduate Apprentice positions require a degree in the relevant discipline. The age limit for general category candidates is 18 to 28 years as on 31 July 2025, with relaxations applicable as per government rules.
