Provisional/Tentative Merit List Released of AWWs Hiranagar

Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Provisional/Tentative Select List of Sanginis (AWWs)

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2026 dated 01.01.2026, applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 04 vacant posts of Sanginis of Poshan Project Hiranagar.

Whereas 37 candidates have applied against the 07 available vacant advertised posts of Sanginis (AWWs) in Project Hiranagar.

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates who have applied vide above referred advertisement notification have been checked/scrutinized by the committee constituted vide Govt. Order No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023 dated 26/04/2023 and Govt. Order No. 222-JK (SWD) of 2022 dated 30/11/2022.

Whereas the Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Provisional/Tentative Select List as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively to this notification have been prepared as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt. Order No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023 dated 28/04/2023 and Govt. Order No. 222-JK (SWD) of 2022 dated 30/11/2022.

Therefore, in view of the above and as per the procedure laid down in the above-referred Govt. Orders, the Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Provisional/Tentative Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively to this notification are hereby published for the information of the general public and all concerned.

Grievance(s)/Objections, if any, with regard to merit, residential status, date of birth, qualification, may be communicated to this office within ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notification. No grievance(s)/objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of publication of this notification.
