PFRDA Officer Vacancies 2025 For 40 Assistant Manager Posts In Multiple Streams

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has released an official notification inviting online applications for the post of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) across various streams. A total of 40 vacancies are available for streams including General, Finance & Accounts, IT, Legal, Actuary, Research, and Official Language.

As per the notification, the maximum age limit is 30 years. Candidates will be selected through three phases—Phase I and II online exams followed by an interview. The pay scale is ₹44,500 – ₹89,150, with an approximate gross monthly salary of ₹1,57,000 and several additional benefits.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of PFRDA (www.pfrda.org.in) from 2 July 2025 to 6 August 2025. Exam dates for Phase I and II are scheduled for 6 September and 6 October respectively. Candidates are advised to check eligibility criteria before applying.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must hold the following qualifications:
For General – Master’s degree in any discipline or Bachelor’s in Law/Engineering or professional qualifications like CA/CS/CMA/CFA.
Finance & Accounts – Graduation plus CA/CS/CMA/CFA.
IT – B.E/B.Tech/MCA or PG in IT/AI/ML.
Research – Master’s in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, or Finance.
Actuary – Graduation with all 7 Core Principles of IAI cleared.
Legal – Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Official Language – Master’s in Hindi with English or vice versa at graduation level.

The maximum age limit is 30 years (i.e., born on or after 01-08-1995).
Relaxation in age is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 to 15 years for PwBD (depending on category), and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen.

Application Fee:
The application fee is ₹1000 for GEN/OBC/EWS candidates. SC/ST/PwBD/Women applicants are exempted. Payment must be made online.

Selection will be done on the basis of three phases—Phase I online screening exam (with general and stream-specific sections), Phase II descriptive and subject exam, followed by interview. Final merit will be calculated based on 85% Phase II and 15% interview weightage.
