One Dead, Three Injured in Road Accident in North Kashmir – Alfaaz – The Words

Srinagar: A road accident on the Lolab bypass road in north Kashmir’s Kupwara on Thursday left one person dead and three others injured.

News agency KNC quoted officials as saying that the deceased has been identified as Ghulam Mohammad, a resident of Sheri, reportedly serving as an SPO in Jammu and Kashmir Police and presently posted at Sheeri.

“He was immediately shifted to hospital but was declared brought dead”, they said. “The three other injured were shifted to SMHS Srinagar for treatment.”

“Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation started,” added the officials.
