Oil India Limited (OIL) has released an official notification for the post of Junior Office Assistant in Grade-III for its offices located in Noida (UP) and Delhi. The advertisement, issued under Advt No. OIL/ADMN/13A/25-26/240, invites applications from eligible Indian nationals. A total of 10 vacancies are available under the post code COJOA:01:2025. The online application process starts on 8 August 2025 and closes on 8 September 2025.

As per the notification, the selection will be based solely on a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of objective-type multiple choice questions. The exam will be of two hours’ duration, conducted in English and Hindi, without any negative marking. Candidates must achieve the qualifying marks prescribed for their category to be considered for selection.

Eligibility Criteria:

Selection Process:

The selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT) with three sections – Part A (English Language & General Knowledge/Awareness + questions on Oil India) with 20% weightage, Part B (Reasoning, Arithmetic/Numerical & Mental Ability) with 20% weightage, and Part C (Computer Application) with 60% weightage. In case of a tie, marks in Part C, then Part B, and finally age will be considered for resolving it.
