Northern Army Commander to confer 92 awards on investiture ceremony

Jammu, Mar 26: Army Commander, Northern Command, Lt Gen Pratik Sharma on Saturday would confer 92 awards during investiture ceremony of command.

These include 51 individual awards and 41 awards of units.

On Saturday, the investiture ceremony of Indian Army’s Northern Command will be conducted at Command Headquarters Udhampur which would be chaired by General Officer Commanding in Chief, Northern Command, Lt Gen Pratik Sharma.

The Army said that this award distribution ceremony is dedicated to honour the acts of exceptional courage, distinguished service, and unwavering commitment to duty by soldiers and units of the Indian Army.
