National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has issued a vacancy notice for the post of Executive (Transport Planner) on Contract (Regular Scale). NCRTC is a joint venture of the Government of India and the State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

Eligibility Criteria for Executive Transport Planner Post

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• Full Time B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Plan.
  Preferable qualification:
• Post Graduate/ Master’s degree in Transport Planning/ Transport Engineering or equivalent.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in planning for rail-based public transport systems.
• Experience in preparation of DPRs for Metro/High Speed Rail/RRTS.
• Experience in multimodal transport studies, demand forecasting, surveys, alignment studies, feeder system planning and multimodal integration.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 35 years as on 04/12/2025
• Age relaxations are applicable as per rules mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process

• Written Test/CBT: 80% weightage
• Interview: 20% weightage
