Srinagar, Jan 13: Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) Chief Spokesperson Inam Un Nabi on Tuesday accused Chief Minister Omar Abdullah of deliberately diverting public attention from core issues and indulging in what he termed as “double speaking” on major developmental commitments in Jammu and Kashmir.
Inam Un Nabi said CM Omar Abdullah should remember that it was MP Er Rashid who staged a 72-hour hunger strike in front of the Civil Secretariat demanding IIT and IIM for Kashmir, without ever opposing the rights of Jammu.
