Eligibility Criteria of NAeL Vacancies

Sr. Human Resource Officer	Bachelor’s Degree with PG Degree, PG Diploma, MBA, MSW or MA in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or HRD with minimum 60% marks	37 years
Sr. Finance Officer	CMA, CA, or MBA/MMS/PG Degree or Diploma in Finance with minimum 60% marks	37 years

Experience Required
Both posts require a minimum of 03 years post qualification experience as on 07-02-2026.

Tenure
The appointment will be for four years on fixed term employment basis.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on application screening. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. Final selection will be based on interview performance.

Candidates are required to pay a processing fee of Rs. 500. SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted. The fee must be paid through Demand Draft or online payment as mentioned in the notification.
