District Development Commissioner Kathua Recruitment 2026 Office of the District Development Commissioner, Kathua has released a re-advertisement notice under Mission YUVA inviting online applications for contractual posts under Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs).

Available Posts & Salary:
SBDU Coordinator – 02 posts – Rs. 35,000 per month
SBDU Enterprise Development Expert – 01 post – Rs. 35,000 per month
SBDU Marketing Expert – 01 post – Rs. 35,000 per month
BHD Lead – 01 post – Rs. 40,000 per month
BHD Coordinator – 05 posts – Rs. 35,000 per month

Eligibility:
Candidates must be domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir and aged between 21 to 45 years. Applicants should have a graduate degree in disciplines like Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics with at least 50% marks. Professional qualifications such as CA or CMA are also eligible. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required in areas like entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, startup incubation, livelihoods, or related sectors.
