MECON Executive Posts Notification PDF, Apply Online By 3 August

Metallurgical and Engineering Consultants (India) Limited (MECON), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Steel, has released a detailed advertisement for the recruitment of Executives. A total of 13 vacancies are available in E-2 and E-3 grades across mechanical, civil, structural, and liaison officer roles.

As per the official notification Advt No. 11.73.4.3/2025/Reg/03 dated 18 June 2025, the posts are open to qualified and experienced candidates with B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MBA, or MA depending on the post. The maximum age limit is 32 years for Deputy Managers (E-2) and 36 years for Managers (E-3), with applicable relaxations. The selected candidates will be paid in the pay scales of ₹60,000–1,80,000 and ₹80,000–2,20,000 respectively, plus allowances.

2) Deputy Manager (Mechanical – Air Pollution Control): 1.
3) Deputy Manager (Civil): 2.
4) Manager (Civil): 4.
5) Manager (Structural): 4.
6) Manager (Liaison Officer): 1.

Eligibility Criteria:

The required educational qualification for Deputy Manager posts is M.E/M.Tech in relevant engineering fields, while Manager posts require B.E/B.Tech in Civil or MBA/MA in specified streams. Post qualification experience of 5 years is required for E-2 grade and 9 years for E-3 grade, with specific experience in hydro-electric projects, air pollution systems, structural design, steel structures, or liaison roles.

The upper age limit is 32 years for Deputy Manager posts and 36 years for Manager posts. Relaxation is applicable as per rules, subject to a maximum age cap of 52 years.
