May Eid enhance our spiritual self: Dr Darakhshan

Srinagar, Mar 20: Chairperson, J&K Waqf Board, Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi has greeted people on Eid-ul-Fitr.

In a message, Andrabi said, “As the silver crescent of the Shawwal moon graces the horizon, it carries with it the quiet echoes of a month spent in reflection. Eid-al-Fitr is more than a conclusion; it is a spiritual homecoming—a bridge between the discipline of the soul and the celebration of the heart.”

“The long days of fasting have folded like a permanent inscription, and the nights of prayer have settled into the marrow of our bones. Today, the air feels lighter, carrying the scent of gratitude and the soft melody of Azkar. May our spirit remain as luminous as the moon that guided us through the dark,” Dr Andrabi further added.
