Maulana Rehmatullah Qasmi Bereaved, Mother Passes Away – Alfaaz – The Words

Srinagar: Misra Begum, mother of prominent Islamic scholar and Rector of Darul Uloom Raheemiyya Bandipora, Maulana Rehmatullah Mir Qasmi, passed away on Friday evening at her residence.

As per family, Misra had been unwell for a considerable period and breathed her last surrounded by family members. Her funeral prayer is scheduled to be offered at 11:00 pm tonight at Qadeem Jamia Masjid, Nibripora.

The news of her demise has drawn widespread condolences from across the Valley. Religious and social organisations, scholars, and members of the public have expressed deep sympathy with the bereaved family, especially to Maulana Rehmatullah Mir Qasmi.
