Market checking conducted in Tehsil Gund

Ganderbal, Feb 19: In view of the holy month of Ramadhan, the authorities on Thursday conducted a checking of various markets in tehsil Gund of sub division Kangan in Ganderbal district.

A joint team of Food Safety department, Revenue and Police headed by SHO Gund and conducted market checking in Gund and Kullan markets.

The drive was held to prevent any kind of profiteering and black marketing by business establishments and to ensure all essential commodities are sold at Government approved rates as per the quality standards.
