MANAGE Vacancy Notice For Group-C Posts – Apply By 28 July 2025

The National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 01/2025 inviting applications for various Group-C posts. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for Junior Stenographer, Upper Division Clerk, Junior Technical Assistant (Network Administrator), and Multi-Tasking Staff posts.

The posts will be filled through direct recruitment. Selection will include a written test and skill test as per the post requirement. Interested applicants must submit their filled application forms in the prescribed format along with all required documents before the deadline. The application fee must be paid via demand draft.

Candidates must ensure their applications reach the Deputy Director (Administration), MANAGE, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad before the last date. Applications sent by email will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, application fee, and other essential details below.

For Junior Stenographer, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, 80 wpm shorthand speed in English, and 30 wpm typing speed in English. Two years’ experience in secretarial work and computer knowledge is desirable.
For Upper Division Clerk, candidates need a bachelor’s degree and typing speed of 30 wpm in English. Desirable qualifications include three years’ experience, knowledge of government rules, and computer skills.
For Junior Technical Assistant, candidates should have a First Class 12th with A-Level DOEACC or a First Class Diploma or Degree in Electronics/IT/Computer Science. Two years’ experience and CCNA certification are desirable.
For Multi-Tasking Staff, 10th class pass with proficiency in typewriting or a basic IT certificate is essential. Desirable skills include fluency in Hindi/Telugu and office-related work.

The age limit varies by post and category. For example, Junior Stenographers (OBC) must be between 18-30 years, (ST) between 18-32 years. UDC and Junior Technical Assistant age limit is 18-27 years. MTS limit is 18-27 years (EWS), 18-30 years (OBC). Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

How to Apply:
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria should send their completed applications by post to The Deputy Director (Administration), MANAGE, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad – 500 030, Telangana. The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the Post of __”.

Application Fee:
Candidates shall pay the application fee through Demand Draft in favour of “MANAGE” payable at Hyderabad. The fee is ₹500 for Junior Stenographer and UDC, ₹350 for Junior Technical Assistant and MTS. For SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and women candidates, the fee is ₹150.

Selection Process:
The selection of candidates will be done through written tests and skill tests. Each post has a multi-stage evaluation process involving objective tests and applicable typing or technical skill assessments. There will be negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer in all objective tests.
