Man Dies After Accidental Fall into Nallah in North Kashmir | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A man lost his life after accidentally falling into a nallah in Uri area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday.

An official said that the deceased has been identified as Zaheer Ahmed Sheikh, son of Din Mohammad Sheikh, a resident of Jabla.

He said the man accidentally slipped into a Jabla nallah while walking along the roadside, sustaining serious injuries in the incident.

He was immediately shifted to SDH Uri for treatment. However, doctors at the hospital later confirmed that he succumbed to his injuries.

Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation initiated. (KNC)
