Load Carrier Overturns in Srinagar, Five Injured | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: Five persons sustained injuries after a load carrier overturned at Banpora Nowgam area of Srinagar on Monday, officials said.

Officials said that the injured were first taken to Bone and Joint Hospital and later referred to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar, for further treatment.

The injured have been identified as a 35-year-old resident of Ramban, presently living in Nowgam, a 33-year-old resident of Doda and a 35-year-old resident of Doda.

The other two injured were identified as, 36-year-old resident of Doda and a 38-year-old resident of Bihar, presently living in Nowgam.

All five were travelling in a load carrier when the vehicle turned turtle, resulting in multiple injuries, they said, adding that all the injured are stable and are undergoing treatment. (KNC)
