Srinagar, June 29: Continuing with his 24×7 attention and work for the smooth conduct of the Amarnath Yatra 2025, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha visited Nunwan camp near Pahalgam to assess and review the arrangements.
He said : Today,
reviewed the arrangements for smooth conduct of Shri Amarnath Ji yatra at Nunwan Base camp. Inaugurated a foot overbridge at the camp for smooth movement of pilgrims. It will ensure efficient security checks and reduce the waiting time for devotees.
Reviewed the progress of Disaster Management Centre & Yatri Niwas and functions of various services for pilgrims including lodging, langar, power & water supply, sanitation, health facilities, traffic management, fire & emergency services & deployment of security personnel.”
