SRINAGAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated Goonj 2026, a two-day youth festival at the University of Jammu, highlighting the administration’s focus on empowering young people across Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a post on X by the Office of the JK LG, the festival provides a platform for students from diverse disciplines to collaborate and “create one future.” The event aims to educate the mind, energise the body, and spark innovation among participants.
